Chocolate Covered Chips Deluxe™ Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
1 package (11 1/2 oz., 2 cups) bitter-sweet, semi-sweet, or white chocolate morsels
1/4 cup vegetable oil
20 Keebler® Chips Deluxe® Original cookies
Multi-colored sprinkles

Directions
In medium microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate morsels and oil. Micro-cook at high for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes. 2. Drop KEEBLER CHIPS DELUXE Original cookies, one at a time, into chocolate mixture. Completely submerge cookie. Use dipping fork or fork to remove cookie from chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Immediately decorate with sprinkles. Repeat with remaining cookies. 3. Refrigerate cookies about 20 minutes or until firm.
